Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. She is well-known for her soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). On the HBO show True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. She began her teaching in Maury County. There, she taught Reading through kindergarten and the 1st grades. She got married in 1998 to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she first taught the fourth grade. From 1999 to 2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education at Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit her classroom in 2000 after they welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley has focused her energy in the last 15 years on the well-being of her children's community and church. Ashley was a teacher and leader at Thompson Station Church's Preschool as well as Students Ministry for 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids during the time she was at her home. During their home schooling years children attended a home school class in which Ashley additionally taught History in Kindergarten and 1st Grade. God taught her family that even though she loved doing homeschooling and having time with them and spending time with them, it was the right time for Ashley to go back to school. Brent and Ashley have five daughters. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz Cruz, both GCA students. Baylor is a GCA grad and plays baseball together with UT Martin. Callan is a GCA graduand also attends Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family. love fishing, hunting and encouraging each other to succeed in their sports as well as their hobbies.
