Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. She is well-known for her soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). On the HBO show True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. She began her teaching in Maury County. There, she taught Reading through kindergarten and the 1st grades. She got married in 1998 to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she first taught the fourth grade. From 1999 to 2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education at Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit her classroom in 2000 after they welcomed their baby boy Baylor.
